Our Lambs are raised naturally and organically on regenerative Certified organic pastures all season. We never lamb out of season. All lambs are born in the spring. This is a bone in Lamb Shoulder Roast 2.5-3 pounds. Sometimes called “land salmon,” referring to the healthy omega 3:6 profile that both foods share. Grass-fed and finished lamb has the healthiest fatty acid/omega 3:6 profile of any commonly eaten land animal. It is also high in vitamins B12 and B3, selenium, zinc, and protein.
