Organic Gourmet Pastured Tenderloin Roast

This is a Mangalista Tenderloin Roast 1 per pack.  Choose 2.34-2.62 pounds or 2.94-3.48 pounds.  Our Pastured Mangalistas are given a natural environment to forage for nuts and nutrient-rich forage. We feed them an organic, non-GMO mix of grains and do not give them corn or soy.

• Pork Type Mangalista Gourmet pork boasts beautiful marbling and superb, moist texture. Known by many as the Kobe beef of pork.

Preferred cooking Method.  Our preferred cooking method is to cook in the oven in a roasting pan at 225-300 degrees temperature. Cook to meet your desired doneness; we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of the meat, with a finished temperature of 145-150 degrees. It's also great as a stew meat. Add some veggies and cook as a stew, even in a crock pot. Some people will use the cut to make pulled pork.
