Organic Lamb Stew Meat

Our Lambs are raised naturally and organically on regenerative Certified organic pastures all season. We never lamb out of season. All lambs are born in the spring. Lamb stew meat is unique and can be used in various recipes, especially in flavorful, Mediterranean-style dishes. Sometimes called “land salmon,” referring to the healthy omega 3:6 profile that both foods share. Grass-fed and finished lamb has the healthiest fatty acid/omega 3:6 profile of any commonly eaten land animal. It is also high in vitamins B12 and B3, selenium, zinc, and protein.
