Organic Lamb Shoulder Chops

Our Lambs are raised naturally and organically on regenerative Certified organic pastures all season. We never lamb out of season. All lambs are born in the spring. Lamb Shoulder Chops French cut is an ideal protein. Pan-fry lamb chops in a hot, cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat to your desired doneness, 2-4 minutes per side. Lamb is a good source of protein, the contains high levels of essential amino acids, it is a rich source of vitamin B12 and iron, and it's also a good source of zinc, selenium, and niacin. Sometimes called “land salmon,” referring to the healthy omega 3:6 profile that both foods share. Grass-fed and finished lamb has the healthiest fatty acid/omega 3:6 profile of any commonly eaten land animal. It is also high in vitamins B12 and B3, selenium, zinc, and protein.
