Tenderloin Roast Organic Gourmet Pastured

This is a Mangalista Tenderloin Roast 1 per pack, made from the Tenderloin section of the pig. These are boneless and 2.5-3.5 pounds each.  Our Pastured Mangalistas are given a natural environment to forage for nuts and nutrient-rich forage. We feed them an organic, non-GMO mix of grains and do not give them corn or soy.

Preferred cooking Method.

 Our preferred cooking method is to cook in the oven in a roasting pan at 225-300 degrees. Cook to meet your desired doneness; we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of the meat, with a finished temperature of 145-150 degrees. It's also great on the smoker or grill, slow smoking or grilling until desired internal temperature.
